Tom Felton Just Opened Up About Relationship Rumors with Emma Watson - Yahoo Lifestyle

Tom Felton just opened up about those relationship rumors between him and his former Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson.

When asked whether or not the rumors are true, Tom told Entertainment Tonight, "We are something, if that makes any sense. We've been very close for a long time. I adore her. I think she's fantastic. Hopefully she returns the compliment."

He added that many of the rumors are probably due to the relationship between the characters throughout the series, and hopes that some fans might have had when watching the films.

"As far as the romantic side of it, I think that's a Slytherin/Gryffindor thing rather than a Tom and Emma thing," he admitted. "I absolutely think the world of her. I think to be a part of what we've all been a part of, but for her to be the only girl, certainly the youngest one on set, to grow up with what she had to grow up with was incredibly exciting. You're going to get me teary now, but no, I think she's a fantastic influence on the world."

While Emma has been keeping things low-key recently and even called out rumors that she was retiring any time soon, Tom mentioned that she is always there to chat with him, even if it's about everyday things.

"I spoke to Emma a couple days ago and immediately it was conversations about, 'Oh wow, the kitchen sink's been plugged' or some trivial nonsense like my dog wouldn't eat a particular kind of food," he said.

While we have to say goodbye to our dreams of them getting together, we can rest knowing they have a true friendship that is going strong even all these years later.
